Promotion In Doubt Criteria

January 28, 2022

To Families of Learners and Leaders:
Every year in January and February, teachers look at student performance to determine which students may not meet promotional criteria for the grade.  We use this information to provide additional support for those students. We work hard to prevent them from repeating the grade, and most students will be promoted.  We also notify parents of our concern through a letter and a meeting with the teacher.
Below is the criteria we use to identify students who are not meeting promotional criteria for their grade.
